Daily Fyuel

Fyuel to eat daily, grown from seeds. Uncooked and organic if possible.

  • ½ Kg Dark-Green Leafy Vegetables
  • ¼ Kg Carrots
  • Fresh Fruit – as much as possible (except cancer), do not juice fruit.
  • Fresh Vegetables that can be eaten raw, not on any avoid list.
  • One Brazil Nut, soaked in water 8 hours – Selenium
  • One Tb Flax or Chia seeds, either ground or “tea” – Omega 3, ALA

Occasional Fyuel

Fyuel to eat 2-3 times a week for fat needs (any one):

  • An Avocado
  • A cup of pure ripe Coconut Milk

Strictly Avoid Foods

Foods to STRICTLY AVOID:

  • Milk and Dairy
  • High Lectin Grains (Wheat, Barley Rye, Oats, Corn)
  • GMO Food (We just do not know how bad it is!)
  • Cloned Food (Most potatoes and root tubers are cloned)
  • Highly Processed Food (sugar, sweeteners, things in a package, jar, or can)
  • Highly Cooked Food (if it browns, it is highly cooked)
  • Fractured or part foods (all oil, sugar, flour, starch, etc.)

Avoid Foods

Foods to AVOID

  • All seeds (Grain, Beans, Legumes, Nuts, and Seeds not Needed)
  • Flesh (Meat)
  • Eggs

Cheater Foods

Cheater Foods (NOT Optimal – Try once or twice a month if you must! – Not for Autism, Celiac, Chron’s, IBS or any gut / autoimmune problem. Do NOT use with Cancer)

  • Low to Medium Lectin Grain (Not for people with high glycemic load problems – stick with fruit for energy!)
  • Sorghum
  • Millet
  • Black or Brown Rice
  • Grain or Bean Sprouts that are editable raw.
  • Note: Sorghum or Millet or Adzuki Bean sprouts may be made into a nice stove top sourdough bread, or dehydrated sourdough bread.

Daily Cheater Fyuel

Daily Cheater Fyuel (Not for Cancer)

  • Water Cooked Food (up to 25%, blanched, Crockpot, boiled, steamed or pressure cooked)  Only cook “Fyuel to eat daily”, that may be eaten raw, and grown from seeds.

Optimum Fyuel: Whole, Fresh, Ripe, Raw, Organic, Fruits and Vegetables!

Supplements

Few people who follow the above guidelines rarely need supplements. However, here are some exceptions:

Insulin is a supplement. It is needed for people with Type 1 diabetes. However, many people are misdiagnosed with Type 1 who really have Type 2 diabetes. For these people, the diet will cause them to need less and less insulin until they need none. Insulin will start to make a person with Type 2 Diabetes sick!

B12 is a supplement needed by people with Pernicious Anemia (NOT “Vitamin B12 Deficiency”.) “Correct” Blood B12 levels very drastically all over the world. People with Pernicious Anemia will need to take Methyl-B12 injections.

DHA (an Omega-3) is a supplement needed by a few Arctic Circle and North American Native tribes-people who have a genetic mutation that does not allow them to convert EPA to DHA. Today there is a bacteria sourced DHA for these very few people.

Boron (borax) is a supplement that may be needed for people with Arthritis who eat food grown in boron depleted soils. Commercial fertilizers deplete the soil of boron.

Lugol’s Iodine – As needed for soil depletion conditions in your area – 2 drops at 5%

Auto-immune disease of the gut, like Celiac, Crohn’s, IBS, IBD, and leaky gut, may require additional supplements while they are healing. Zinc and Vitamin C are common examples. Testing is needed to identify problem areas while healing.

Points to Ponder:

Protein is NOT NEEDED by anyone! No person needs to consume protein of any kind (except Nursing babies drinking Human Milk). This goes against what industry tells us. Grain, Nuts, Seeds, Flesh of other animals, Milk of other species, Eggs of other Animals are all advertised as sources of “good protein” when there is no such thing as a good protein. In fact, protein poisoning is a well established medical diagnoses, however, medicine does not even have a word for protein deficiency! We do NOT need to eat any protein (plant or animal) and doing so will be detrimental to our health!

The only protein adult humans need, is what is manufactured in our own bodies, our muscles! What we do need is a good source of amino acids. These are best found in dark green leafy vegetables and fruit. It is a fact that many humans thrive on nothing more than green leafy vegetables and fruit, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year and decade after decade!

Animal Products like Meat and Dairy – NONE! (see Protein above)

Fruit is usually thought of as “sweet fruits”. However, fruits are also squash, tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers! The non sweet fruits in the plant world. The cashew apple and cacao fruit are both wonderful fruits eaten fresh and ripe from the tree! Just do not eat the cashew nut or the cacao seeds!

Green Juice – The juice from the leaves of the moringa oleifera tree, and the juice of the leaves of both wheat grass or barley grass, as well as juicing greens from fresh green sprouts help heal. It is recommended for any health challenge, and especially for cancer.
Cancer – For people with cancer, look for a diet that is mostly Vegetables and Sprouts. Avoid sugars and starches. You may lose weight, that is good, the idea is to starve the cancer.

Calcium is amply provide in dark green leafy vegetables and fruit. In fact, it is a much better calcium that you can obtain in any animal product. Milk is proven to cause a bone calcium loss! Meat also cause a bone calcium loss.

Water is necessary for all body processes. Clear Pure Water – not juice of any kind. Some recommend three liters, or quarts, is the minimum for most adults.

Urine is also necessary. You should urinate 8-12 times a day. Try to find a way to urinate 10 times a day, a couple of these should be in the middle of the night. If you urinate less than 10 times a day, drink more water until you can urinate ten times each day. If you urinate more than 10 times a day, drink a little less water.

Exercise is Not Optional. Everybody does not need milk, but everybody needs exercise. It is exercise that does a body good.

Industry

In other words, the chief concern of industry is to make money. The Pharmaceutical Industry only makes medications they can make money selling. The Medical Industry, the Hospital Industry, the Food Industry can all be counted on to make money! That is why they are so rich and big. The other day I was standing in a Health Food Store, and I realized most, at least 90% of what it sold as Healthy Food, was really NOT healthy. I could almost hear the words in my head saying, “Health Food Industry!” They are in it for the money!

The take away is…
“If it is an industry, they care about making money, they do NOT care about your health.”

Real Fyuel

The Optimum Fyuel for health is a perfect seven!:

  1. Whole
  2. Fresh
  3. Ripe
  4. Raw
  5. Organic
  6. Fruits
  7. or Vegetables

Healing may need to be adjusted for some illnesses
like Autism, Disease of the Gut, or Cancer.
